Masjid of Shaikh M. R. Bawa Muhaiyaddeen
Mosque of Shaikh M. R. Bawa MuhaiyaddeenIn May of 1984, barely six months after construction began, the exquisitely decorated Mosque of Shaikh M. R. Bawa Muhaiyaddeen was officially opened, in a beautiful, moving dedication ceremony.
The entire congregation recited the Suratul- Fatihah, and the Mu'azzin gave the call to prayer. In the talk that followed Shaikh M. R. Bawa Muhaiyaddeen reminds those present that "unity is the noblest ideal in our life."
In that spirit of unity and love, this Mosque, built by the members of the Bawa Muhaiyaddeen Fellowship has been opened for the five daily prayers (salat), Jum'ah prayers every Friday, as well as for early morning dhikr recitation (remembrance of God). We offer classes in Arabic, Qur'an recitation, Salat and introductory classes in Islam.
All those who wish to visit our Mosque should contact the Mosque Secretary Muhammad Abdul Lateef through the Fellowship E-mail address at mosque_mazar@bmf.org. http://www.bmf.org/index.html

Other important sufi dergahs in the U.S.A. are of note:

This is a place of ziyarat for many in the Ouwaysi tariqat.
The Valley Memorial Park Cemetery also holds the graves of Ustadh Shaykh Hamza al-Din (q.s.), and Faqir Hassan Mastan Chisti (q.s.)
The grave of Shaykh Mohammad Mazhar Jamil al-Naqshbandi al-Haqqani (q.s.) is in Santa Clara County, California - I will seek to find the exact address. Several dervishes of the Halvetti-Jerrahi also have their graves in Santa Clara County.
The maqbaras of Sufi Ahmad Murad Chisti (Samuel Lewis) (q.s.), and of Murshida Vera Corda al-Chisti ash-Shadhilli (q.s.) at Lama Foundation, Lama Foundation Road, off Taos County Road B-014, Questa, New Mexico, north of Taos Pueblo. There is a photo of the site at:

and two small photos at:

These are places of ziyarat for many American sufis.
The Adelanto Islamic Cemetery at 12700 Morning Glory Road, Adelanto, California 92301, is thought to hold the grave of an unknown awliyya of Allah. Non-muslims in the hills nearby have reported visions of angelic figures, and of fiery disks inscribed with Arabic calligraphy, ascending and descending from the cemetery area at night, on numerous occasions. Wa Allaho 'Alim!
There are definitely dergahs of other awliyya in North America - I will try to get more information for you.
